RE-SHOOTS AND ADDITIONS

When editing the majority of my re-shoots were done during the sections of the video when the protagonist is at home. This was quite lucky, as you can imagine. The main reason for many of the re-shoots are simply due to not being very happy with the result, whether that be because of the camera angle, lighting, or because I forgot to focus the camera before recording...
Which happened more times than I care to mention

In the video above is the original video I used for one of the shots in which the protagonist simply sits at their desk. Here I would continue to get up and sit down a number of times so that afterward I could chose which specific sit down was truly perfect. During this process, however, Scout came upstairs to join me, so I thought it might be nice to have the shot include him the background as he sits on the windowsill, similarly to the first shot in the video. Even so, Scout thought it would be better if he just stood up looking out the window, and after some feeble attempts to push him off the desk, I decided to call it a day.

Later on I did some re-shoots and new animations to help liven the video more and continue the plot forward somewhere in the middle of the video as I realised it felt slow and dull around 3 quarters of the way in.
