large part of these images are used to to their colour pallet, subject matter, or as context to possible intertextuality for the music video. Some of the images are frames/cover work for films, or album covers. This is predominantly as a way of reflecting other works that contribute to the inspiration behind certain qualities of this music video.

RE-SHOOTS AND ADDITIONS When editing the majority of my re-shoots were done during the sections of the video when the protagonist is at home. This was quite lucky, as you can imagine. The main reason for many of the re-shoots are simply due to not being very happy with the result, whether that be because of the camera angle, lighting, or because I forgot to focus the camera before recording... Which happened more times than I care to mention In the video above is the original video I used for one of the shots in which the protagonist simply sits at their desk. Here I would continue to get up and sit down a number of times so that afterward I could chose which specific sit down was truly perfect. STEVE BARRON Steve Barron is an Irish filmmaker and director born in 1956, Dublin. He started work in films as a camera assistant, and slowly growing to have directed for a huge number of films, TV shows and music videos, as well as doing all sorts of other works. Some notable works include directing a number of episodes from the television series "The Storyteller", produced by Jim Henson, along with directing the films "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in 1990 and "The Adventures of Pinocchio" in 1996. He is most known, however, for his work on Micheal Jackson's music video for the song "Billie Jean", Bryan Adams' music video for both "Summer of '69" and "Run to You", as well as directing the music video for Aha's "Take on Me".
